There seems to be nothing better in cold weather than a hot cup of tea. Experts attribute almost mythical properties to this product; moreover, tea can save not only from cold and diseases in winter, but also from heat in hot and dry summers. Numerous studies around the world show unexpected and promising results when it comes to the health benefits of tea. It is already known, for example, that tea consumption can reduce the risk of developing diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and diabetes. Due to the presence of flavonoids (certain antioxidants), tea has a beneficial effect on the health of teeth, gums and bones. In short, the benefits of such a drink as tea are undeniable. But how can we make the very tea that will bring us these benefits, support the aging forces of the body and, at the same time, pamper our taste buds with a wonderful delicate taste and aroma? How to become a gourmet and surprise your loved ones and friends with the amazing taste of tea that you will offer them?
In order to always enjoy what is called the right tea, you should follow these simple rules:
1. Always consume only brewed tea, avoiding packaged tea.
2. Drink only freshly brewed tea. The components contained in tea, after a fairly short time, not only reduce the benefits of this drink, but also make its taste and aroma less refined.
3. Use underground water or thoroughly filtered water for tea. In no case is it recommended to use mineral water, as it can not only dull the original aroma of the drink, but also spoil it quite badly.
4. Don't overheat the tea. Use boiling water only for brewing herbal or black teas. For brewing green tea, it is not recommended to use high-temperature water, as this will only add bitterness to the drink.
5. Brewed tea is not meant to be drunk in its pure form. This drink must be diluted with water. The strength of the brewed tea should be such that two or three teaspoons of the drink are enough for one small cup of water.
6. Do not drink tea immediately after brewing. Wait a few minutes (usually three to five) for the aroma of the tea to be more pronounced and its taste would not disappoint you.
