A few days ago, employees of an Australian airline were horrified when they found a quietly walking crocodile in the cabin. It should be noted that the plane flew from Brisbane to Melbourne. According to eyewitnesses, the reptile was not large. However, the very fact that this is a predatory animal could cause panic among people.
According to one of the Australian TV channels, the animal inexplicably got out of the container in which it was carried and walked through the luggage compartment.
However, there was no panic among the crew members and passengers. Immediately after the discovery of the animal, it was caught. The crocodile was relocated to where it deliberately escaped.
As soon as the plane landed in Melbourne, Austria, the animal was immediately taken to a safe place for it and for humans.
It is known that one of the logistics companies transported the reptile. An investigation is currently underway to identify violations of the rules for transporting predatory animals. This is not the first time that an animal, due to human carelessness or for some other reason, leaves its container and freely enters places where large numbers of people gather. And if this incident, due to the vigilance of the aircraft's employees, ended safely, then there are cases when, due to basic human carelessness, the consequences were far from so bright and prosperous.
