In Japan, the problem of employee fatigue is common. Due to the fact that employees spend most of their time at work, many people try to sleep anywhere: in the toilets, while commuting to work, or at their desks. This phenomenon is called inemuri.
At the same time, sleeping at the workplace in Japan is not considered a sign of laziness, but indicates dedication to work.
For this reason, Japanese inventors decided to create a more comfortable place to sleep that would not take up much space.
A person will be able to rest in a capsule like a flamingo while standing upright. The design provides comfortable support for the head, knees and back, allowing a person to nap without fear of falling.
The company hopes that vertical sleep capsules will increase productivity and encourage employees to take short naps during the day.
