Incredible facts
A scientist from the University of Cambridge argues that we are not alone in the universe, and aliens almost certainly look like earthlings.
Biologist Simon Conway Morris (Simon Conway Morris), an expert in the field of evolution, said that the likelihood that alien life is developing somewhere else in the universe is quite high.
In his book The Runes Of Evolution, the professor discusses convergence theory, according to which evolution can develop along certain lines rather than randomly.
Alien life
In convergence theory, evolution is a predictable process that follows certain rules.

If so, aliens are almost “guaranteed” to have limbs and heads, think wisely, and even enjoy themselves like earthlings.

“Evolution is far from being a random process,” he says. “If the consequences of evolution are more or less predictable, then what applies to Earth can also be applied to the Milky Way and other worlds.”
Professor Morris is surprised why we still haven't found aliens that look like us, given the vast expanses of the universe.
Aliens on other planets

“I would bet that any habitable area that doesn't boil or freeze will have intelligent life,” he says.
“And given the number of potential planets, and we have every reason to believe that they exist, even if the “bones” fall correctly only once out of 100 throws, this will still lead to proliferation intelligent life that most likely looks like us.”
Professor Morris also argues that planets similar to Earth should have had predators such as sharks, insectivorous plants, mangroves and mushrooms.
Human intelligence traits have also developed in other species, such as octopuses and some birds, which suggests that intelligence is an inevitable consequence of evolution, which will characterize and extraterrestrial creatures.
