Incredible facts
While some scientists are trying to unravel the mysteries of the universe, others are trying to figure out why cats love to sit in boxes.
Oddly enough, even the most curious cats love to be in a confined space even at home.
Anti-stress for cats

Cats consider various boxes and boxes to be a great place to relax, in which they instinctively hide from predators, finding a restful sleep that can last up to 18 hours a day.

Scientists conducted an experiment in a Dutch animal shelter on 19 cats, half of which were given access to limited spaces.
The researchers found that cats that were allowed to climb in and sleep in boxes were less stressed. It turns out that the box is a kind of anti-stress for cats.
Apparently, cats prefer to hide and avoid their problems than look them head-on, which explains their antisocial behavior.
Therefore, when our furry friends are harassed by neighborhood hooligans, cats are more likely to hide and wait for the danger to go away than attack the offenders.
But if you thought their “box obsession” was weird, what would you say about cats' behavior by putting paper cups around them, for example? Look at the photo: cats just get stumped in such circles.

Why? Even scientists are still unable to give a definite answer to this question.

Therefore, we will wait for new studies on the “circular obsession with cats”, but for now we will only guess about its causes.
